Our goal is to make your days here as pleasant as possible. In the next few points, we have collected some important information that you may need during your stay here. Please read our information carefully!
Behavior standards
BUD365 Apartment is located in a residential building, so the peace of mind of the residents is extremely important to us. Therefore, we ask that you do not disturb the peace of the residents with loud speech, music or any other noise. If we receive a fine in connection with a complaint, we reserve the right to invoice you for the cost of this.
Smoking
Smoking is strictly prohibited in the apartment.
WIFI
You can use our wifi service free of charge during your stay here.
TV
A modern TV set is at your disposal, on which you can choose the channel you like best from a wide selection.
Netflix
We provide our guests with free Netflix access, which you can start from the device menu or by pressing the Netflix button on the remote control.
Cooling/Heating
Our air conditioning equipment cools and heats at the same time. With its help, you can regulate the temperature provided by the device yourself. For reasons of energy saving, please always switch off the equipment when you open the window or when you eave the room.
You can turn the radiator in the bathroom on and off with the controller on it by pressing the ON and OFF buttons. Please always switch this device off, when you do not use it.
Key safe
When you leave, please put the keys back in the key safe located next to the entrance door of the apartment and turn the combination lock in such a way that unauthorized persons cannot open it.
Guests
Please do not receive guests, especially house parties are not allowed.
Pets
Pets are not allowed in our apartment.
Small children
We do not have equipment suitable for small children, such as cots/travel cots or high chairs.
Parking
You can use a paid parking service in the 7th district of Budapest. The city is sectioned into several parking zones, please check carefully which of these zones you have parked. Search for the nearest parking machine to learn more about the payment possibilities.
Garbage
Please collect garbage selectively. If you need to empty the trash during your stay, please put it in the large bins in the yard inside the house, but we always change these during cleaning.
Ironing
We are unable to provide ironing equipment in our apartment.
Sewing, shoe care
You will find both a sewing kit for hand sewing and tools for shoe care in the wardrobe.
Umbrellas
In case of rainy weather, feel free to use our umbrellas, which you will find next to the front door. After use, please put the umbrellas back in the umbrella holder, which absorbs the moisture.
Cleaning
After the departure of each of our guests, we clean the apartment, wash the bed linen and towels. If you are staying with us for more than 7 days, we will automatically perform this service every week.
Security
Please always close the doors and windows when you leave the apartment.
